Al-mizan is a detailed, logical and reliable collection. In this exegesis, the verses of the Quran interpret each other through the method of ‘exegesis of the Quran through Quran’ by paying precise attention to the words and compositions of the Quran.
In every volume, after the presentation of the exegesis, in a separate part, the narrations concerning the verse and the chapter under consideration are brought to the attention of the reader. Also, in these volumes, scientific, social, philosophical and ethical discussions related to the verses have been presented separately.

Exegesis of verses 224 to 286 of the chapter of Baqarah
-These verses are regarding divorce and issues concerning family, a child’s breastfeeding by someone other than the mother (riḍā‘), witnessing of the enlivening of the dead by the people of God, the virtue of charity and factors that cause it to be invalid, recognition of the principles of religion and believers’ worshipping.
-Some discussions regarding the station of women and views of different nations regarding this issue throughout history, charity, usury, conditions of survival and a person having a choice regarding his survival are also presented.
